I recently printed out my online journal, placed it in a binder, added some artwork, and put it in a random person’s locker before school.
I crossed everything that could be identified with me with permanant marker so the person wouldn’t be able to figure out who I was. It was a release to let go of everything but I didn’t want them to know it was me. I was almost positive they would treat me differently, maybe even spread rumors about me.
Half way through the day she approached me.
She knew it was mine.
She knew all of my secrets.
She knew everything I had tried to hide for the past seventeen years.
She told me it was amazing.
That I was amazing.
My secrets and all.
She’s passed it on to someone else.
Maybe it will get to you someday.
<!–OK so wtf. That is the coolest thing I have ever heard.
Well, maybe I’m exaggerating. But just a little bit. –>
