Being home for the last two days has felt weird. Here’s an example of how it is — I was packing this morning and couldn’t for the life of me find my hairbrush or toothbrush. It took me fifteen minutes to figure out that I’d put my toothbrush where it belonged — in the toothbrush cup with my brothers’ and sister’s toothbrushes, and the hairbrush was in the basket beneath it. It feels like I’ve never left, and I miss living here. I’m not particularly interested in going back, either, but I’ve got a midterm tomorrow.

Blast.
